Installing Pixel Code on Your Website

Pixel codes can be used when tracking visitor data within third party tools. These little bits of code can be quickly added to your website! The instructions below will ensure your code is placed within the <head> tags.

How Do I Add a Pixel Code to My Website?

  1. Confirm with your third party instructions that the code is to be placed in the <head> tags.
  2. Copy the Pixel Code shared with you by your third-party provider
  3. Log into your InCom Dashboard
  4. Expand the Visitors menu, and select Visitor Traffic
  5. Under the heading Header Tags, paste your code into the box. Be sure to enter new code below any existing code, if present. Do not paste code into the middle of other code.
  6. Scroll down and press Submit
Your Pixel provider may have instructions for testing the installation was successful. Please follow up with any instructions with your third party provider after installing the code.
