Adding, Editing, and Removing Agents From Office Websites
With InCom Office Websites, you can update your agent roster whenever you like. You must log in with the office login details to make changes to Agent profiles. Only the Office Login will have access to all agent profiles.
How Do I Add an Agent?
To an an agent to your account you can follow these easy steps. You'll need to log in with the office login to have access to viewing all agents.
All Agents within InCom must have distinct usernames and emails.
If you see a message indicating a username is taken, please try a different username.
If you see a message indicating an email is taken, please contact our support team at
support@incomrealestate.com.
- Log in using the Office Login
- From the Dashboard expand Agents and select Add Agent
- Enter the Agent's details, including username, email and password
- Save your changes
Office's can make changes to agent details from the Agents menu.
- From the Dashboard, expand Agents, then select View All Agents
- Editing their profile allows the Office Login to update the agent's personal information, such as their bio, license or board number, name, phone number, etc. Editing their Account allows the Office Login to update the agent's login information such as email, username, and password.
- To edit an existing agent's profile details, select Edit Agent's Profile from the dropdown
- To edit their login information, select View Agent's Profile, or click on the agent's photo, then choose Edit Account
How Can I Get An Agent to Edit Their Own Profile?
Agents can log into your office site and see limited settings, including their own profile.
- Agents first go to the User Login page, then log in using the email in their agent profile
- From the User Login page, Agents can reset their password from the user login page or they can use the password set by the Office when their profile was created. The Office login can also manually reset Agent passwords.
- After logging in to the Dashboard, an agent can click their name in the top right, then select Profile Manager to update their profile information.
How Do I Remove an Agent?
You can remove an agent from your account from their profile by managing their account.
Agents who have been deleted cannot be restored.
- Expand the Agents menu, and select View All Agents
- Find the agent you want to delete
- Click their photo, or select View Agent's Profile
- Select Edit Account
- Click Cancel Account, then confirm the deletion
