Connecting Your InCom Website to Follow Up Boss

You can easily integrate your InCom website directly with Follow Up Boss to share your InCom leads with your Follow Up Boss account.

This integration shares your InCom leads and activity with Follow Up Boss. If you want your Follow Up Boss leads sharing information with InCom, you'll need to set up a Zapier integration. Please see our documentation for connecting to Zapier with InCom Canada or InCom USA. Zapier also has pages you can search for Follow Up Boss integrations, for InCom Canada or InCom USA

1. Generate an API Key from Follow Up Boss

1. Log in to your Follow Up Boss account.

2. From the top menu, click More > API.

3. Under the API Keys section, click Create API Key.

4. Give your new key a name (e.g., InCom) to help you identify it later.

5. Click Create API Key.

6. Copy the key to your clipboard—you’ll need it for the next step.
   

2. Install the API Key on Your InCom Website

1. Log in to your InCom Dashboard.

2. Navigate to Configuration > Follow Up Boss Configurations.
   

1. Paste the API key into the provided field.

2. Click Save.

That’s it! Once the key is saved, your website and CRM are fully connected. All new leads generated on your InCom site will now sync directly with Follow Up Boss in real-time.

2. What Lead Activity is Sent to Follow Up Boss

The lead activities below will be tracked and sent to Follow Up Boss (FUB).

1. Viewed Page: When a lead opens a lead generating page (e.g., Price Drop or Dream Home), a View Page event will be sent to FUB with a link to the lead generating page.
2. Viewed Property: When a lead opens a property detail page, a Viewed Property event will be sent to FUB with a link to the listing details page.
3. Saved Property: When a lead clicks the favorite icon to save a property, a Saved Property event will be sent to FUB with a link to the listing details page.
4. Saved Search: When a lead clicks the "Save Search" button on the map search page, a Saved Property Search event will be sent to FUB with a link to the saved search.
5. Property Search: When a lead performs a property search from the search widget or map search page, a Property Search event will be sent to FUB with a link to the search.
6. Inquiry: When a lead submits a lead generating form (e.g., Contact Me or Request More Information), an Inquiry event will be sent to FUB with the submission details.

Notes: All events are sent to FUB in real time, and only logged-in leads will be tracked
