Connecting Your InCom Website to FollowUpBoss

You can easily integrate your InCom website directly with FollowUpBoss—no third-party tools required! This allows new leads generated on your website to sync automatically with your FollowUpBoss CRM, helping you streamline your follow-up process.


1. Generate an API Key from FollowUpBoss

  1. Log in to your FollowUpBoss account.

  2. From the top menu, click More > API.

  3. Under the API Keys section, click Create API Key.

  4. Give your new key a name (e.g., InCom) to help you identify it later.

  5. Click Create API Key.

  6. Copy the key to your clipboard—you’ll need it for the next step.


2. Install the API Key on Your InCom Website

  1. Log in to your InCom Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Configuration > FollowUpBoss Configurations.


  1. Paste the API key into the provided field.

  2. Click Save.

That’s it! Once the key is saved, your website and CRM are fully connected. All new leads generated on your InCom site will now sync directly with FollowUpBoss in real-time.
