Creating Saved Searches on Mobile With Additional Filters

You can create more complex saved searches with additional filters for leads from their profiles on our app InCom Connect.

How Do I Create A New Saved Search Using the App?

You can save searches from three different locations in the app:

1. From the Menu, choose  Saved Searches
   
2. From the Lead Profile, select More, then Saved Searches
   
3. Or, from the Listings Tab
   

To save a search, follow these instructions:

1. Tap on the + sign at the top right (or Save Search if you are in the Listings tab)
   
2. Define the area by typing the address / dragging the map / drawing on the map
   
3. Tap on Save Search
   
4. Type the name of the saved search
   
5. Disable the toggle for "Send email alerts for new and recently updated listings" (optional)
   
6. Tap on Save
   

How Do I View Existing Saved Searches

From the main menu:

1. To view all the saved searches from all the leads:
   
2. Open the app's Menu
   
3. Go to Saved Searches
   

From a lead profile:

1. To view all the lead saved searches:
   
2. Open the Leads tab
   
3. Open a lead for the list
   
4. Tap on More
   
5. Tap on Saved Searches
   

To delete a saved search from the list, swipe left on the card and tap on the trash icon.
