Attaching Files to Email Campaigns
With your InCom email campaigns, you can attach files to emails by adding them as links in your email. The file will be stored on your website, and visitors will access the file by clicking the link. It will not show as a file attachment. This can be done for drip campaigns, auto responders, and stand alone campaigns.
This can be used as a lead capture tool when you have files you're offering leads, but want them to provide their contact information before acquiring the file. You can create a form, then create an Autoresponder for that form with the file attached. See our video on

How Do I Attach a File to an Email?
- From your Dashboard, expand Communication, then select Campaigns
- Select the type of email you'd like to create or edit (Drip Campaign, Autoresponder, or Stand Alone Campaign) by selecting the corresponding tab
- For a Drip Campaign, either edit an existing email or create a new email by expanding the campaign then scrolling down to add a new step
- For an Autoresponder, either expand an existing email then click edit, or create a new one by selecting +New Autoresponder. When creating a new email, be sure to select corresponding form from the custom form dropdown
- If you're creating a Stand Alone Campaign, click +Compose Stand Alone Campaign
- Add or edit content to your email, then add a word, phrase, or image you'd like recipients to click on to access the file
- Highlight the text or image with your cursor, then click the link button

- In the add link popup, click Browse Server
- Choose the file for the link
- Click the file in the popup if it's already uploaded to your server
- To add a new file to the server click +Upload, find your file, click open, then click the file in your server to attach it.
- Click OK
