Sending a Standalone Email Campaign

Sending a Standalone Email Campaign

Sending out a Standalone Email campaign is a breeze with the built-in email blast tool. Follow the steps below to create and send your campaign.

How do I send an email blast to my leads?

1. Create a New Single Email Campaign

  1. First, log into your website Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Communication > Campaigns and select the tab titled Standalone Campaigns.
  3. Click on + Compose a Single Email Campaign.

  1. You’ll be prompted to choose a category for your email:
    1. If you prefer to use a pre-designed template, select the appropriate category such as Celebrations, Buyers, etc. Just Listed and Open House Categories deserve their own section in this article and will be addressed separately, below.
    2. If you want a simple, no-frills email, choose the Plain Email category.
  2. Once you’ve selected a category, choose one of the available layouts by clicking on it. This will bring you to the email editor.

2. Draft Your Email

  1. In the editor, start by providing a Title (which will act as the subject line of your email).
  2. Draft your email message in the text area.
  3. If you’d like, you can click Preview to see how the email will look before sending it out.
Notes
Note: If you’re using a template with tokens (e.g., placeholders for recipient names or website info), these will not appear in the preview. They will be automatically filled in for each recipient once the email is sent.
  1. Once your email is ready, click Next.

3. Select Your Recipients

  1. To send the email to all leads or all categories, use the quick select buttons below the search bar.

  1. Alternatively, use the search bar to find and select specific leads or categories.
Once recipients are selected, their names will appear under the search bar. When you’re ready, click Next.

4. Schedule Your Campaign

  1. You can send the email immediately by leaving it on the pre-selected date and time or schedule it for a future date.
  2. Use the time selector to set the time (in 15-minute increments, based on a 24-hour clock).
  3. If you need the email to be recurring, adjust the frequency accordingly.
  4. Click Send to queue or send the email based on your settings.

How can I share information and photos for properties by email?

Just Listed and Open House campaigns work great for sharing specific properties with your leads! They work a little differently, since you’ll be asked to provide an active MLS number for the listing you want to promote. The system will auto-populate the email with details about the listing and photos from the listing.

These campaigns are perfect for promoting new listings or upcoming open houses to generate interest without needing to manually customize the layout.

Now that you’ve learned how to send standalone email campaigns, you can easily keep your leads and clients informed with targeted messages.
