How Do I Find Where to Edit a Picture?

For either way of adding a link, using the link tool or editing the image settings, first you must locate where you must go to edit the picture.
  1. If you are adding it to a Content Page
    1. Go to Content > Content Manager and Edit the page you'd like to add the photo link to
  2. If you are adding it to a Text Widget
    1. Go to Dashboard > Widgets Manager  and click the pencil icon of the widget you'd like to edit

How Can I Make an Image Into a Link?

Making images into links using the link button way allows for linking to external pages and files (websites and files stored elsewhere), as well as internal pages and files (your pages and files).
  1. Open the editor (content manager, or text widget) for the image
  2. Highlight the Image by clicking on it, or clicking and dragging your cursor across it
  3. Click on the link button in the toolbar (it looks like chain links)
  4. The next step depends on whether you're linking to a page on your site (an internal page), a different website entirely (an external page), or a file
    1. To link an Internal Page: link the pathway (e.g. /our-team)
    2. To link an External Website: Enter the full URL (e.g. www.incomrealestate.com)
    3. To link a File, Click Browse Server to view already uploaded files.
      1. You can upload a new file while browsing the server, simply hit the +Upload (top left) to add a new file and Double click on the file you want to select it
  5. Optionally, from the Target tab, select where the link opens (e.g. New Window or Same Window)
  6. Click OK to save the link, and Submit the changes on a content page or Save the changes in a Text Widget
If you are linking to an internal link or file, you can link directly from the image settings. For external links and files, please link using the link tool (see above).
  1. 1. Access the Image Settings
  2. Click the image already on your page, then the image icon in the toolbar to access image settings
  3. Go to the Link tab
  4. To link to a site page, put the pathway to the URL box (e.g./our-team). To set a link to a file choose Browse Server to select a file.
    1. Click the +Upload button in the top left corner to add a new file. Double click on the file you want to select it
  5. Choose how the link opens by selecting a target
  6. From the Target tab, select where the link opens (e.g. New Window or Same Window)
  7. Click OK to save the link
  8. Submit the changes on a content page or Save the changes in a Text Widget
