To update the credit card on file for your account, follow the steps below.
• Log in to your InCom Website Dashboard.
• Look for a Billing section in the main menu on the left.
If you don’t see a Billing section, please contact our Accounting Team:

They’ll be happy to assist you with your billing update.
If you do see a Billing section, you can update your details yourself:
• Go to Billing > Billing Profile.
• Click View Card, then click Update Card.
• Enter your new card details.
• Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Once saved, your new billing information will be used for future payments. If you run into any issues during this process, don’t hesitate to contact our Accounting Team.
