This video will cover how to update the images that appear in the slideshow at the top of your homepage. This is a great way to personalize your website, and you can add your own images as well as choose from our preset library.
Welcome! In this video I'm going to show you how to change remove or edit the scrolling images in your website banner. We call this your website slideshow. Having the ability to access and change these images gives you the freedom to change up your website look at anytime, showcase eye grabbing properties, and even endorse your featured listings right in the front page of your real estate website!
To manage your slideshow access the dashboard. From your dashboard click on appearance and manage slideshow.
Here you'll find a list of your active slideshow images. The ones that appear blurred out are currently disabled or hidden from your slideshow. To show them again simply click on the show link. To hide any of your currently active slideshows just click on hide.
For each image you have the ability to edit delete or move them up and down from the list. If you'd like to randomize the order by which these images are shown click on settings and under randomized images click on yes and update settings, otherwise leave the no radio button selected.
To go back to the previous page click on slide list. If you wish to add a new slideshow image click on create new slide. You can add a title and a direct link to your image, however this is completely optional. Just below you'll find three tabs: select from standard gallery allows you to choose an image from our photo gallery; select from my gallery allows you to choose from photos you've uploaded into your website in the past; and upload new is where you can upload your own photo.
So we're going to go ahead and upload our very own image into our website. Keep in mind that the image that you are uploading should be 2000 pixels by 800 pixels for best quality. Once done click on create new slide. The slide you just created will be added at the very bottom of your list, which you can move up higher or leave as is. To view the changes made click on your domain and you should see the brand new slide in your slideshow
