Welcome to your InCom website!

In this video, I'll give you a quick overview of where to find key tools and settings on your site, including how to log in to your dashboard, update your personal information, manage your leads and communications, customize your website, and find help materials when you need them.

To log in, scroll to the bottom of your homepage and click User Login.

Enter your credentials, and you’ll be taken to your dashboard. This is the main hub for your website’s settings, lead management, and more!

To update your personal info, click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile Manager.

Here, you can update your name and contact details and add a personal bio.

The information in your profile will appear in the about me widget and about me page. However, for our Canadian users, your board ID numbers will not appear publicly.

For our American users, you can add your license number, which will display publicly on your website.

Next, let’s look at how to manage your leads.

From the dashboard, open the Visitor menu and select Lead Book.

This is where you’ll find and edit lead information. Here you can find a button for adding new leads manually, or you can select the option to bulk upload leads from a CSV file.

Once leads are in your lead book, click any lead to see their details, including contact info, notes, email history, saved searches, and more.

You’ll also notice each lead has a category. Categories are key when sending emails; they let you target specific groups of leads. You can add leads to a category in bulk by selecting multiple leads and clicking Bulk Actions, then selecting Edit Categories from the dropdown menu.

You can create new categories or simply use the defaults provided.

For more details on managing leads, you’ll find helpful articles and videos right inside your dashboard from the Help section of the Menu.

To email leads, go to Communication > Campaigns. To start, you’ll see three default drip campaigns that automatically send emails to new leads — and you have the option to create custom drip campaigns as well,

To send a one-time or recurring email, select Stand Alone Campaigns, then Compose A Single Email Campaign.

Choose a category of templates to choose from. In our example we’ll use a plain email.

Add a title for the subject line, and add your text or picture content. Your signature is added automatically. Click Next to choose your recipients and continue hitting next to set up the sending schedule.

Now, let’s go over how to update your website’s content and layout. From the Content menu, you can go to the Content Manager to add new pages or edit existing pages. Making changes to these pages is quick and easy.

You can adjust what pages appear in your menu from the Menu Manager.

You can disable pages you don't want to appear in your menu, add existing pages and external pages to the menu, and rearrange existing menu items

Use the Widget Manager to add new features to your site -  simply drag and drop widgets into the page area.

To edit a widget, click the blue pencil icon.

We have many useful widgets to add to your site, so lets take a look at what a few of them can do. The Featured Listings widget is a useful tool for displaying properties you'd like visitors to hone in on. It can be used to highlight your own listings, your brokerage's listings, listings by MLS number, or listings in specific areas.

Another handy widget is the Text Widget – this is used for adding text and images to your page.

If you return to the dashboard, and the content Menu, you’ll also find your Landing Pages in this section - perfect for capturing leads. These pages are designed to help capture lead information. Each of the pages targets different visitor inquiries. For example, leads curious about their home's value may be interested in the "What's My Home Worth" landing page.

To change the overall look of your site, go to the Appearance menu.

You can change your website’s overall theme from
Manage Themes.

In Advanced Theming, you can update your logo and banner image.

Under Change Colors, you can select from preset themes or create your own color scheme.

To update your slideshow, which displays the images at the top of your homepage, open Manage Slideshow. Here you can add new slides using either your own images or images from our library, or adjust existing slides.

The Help section contains options for live and pre-recorded webinars, video tutorials, and help articles.

You’ll find video tutorials, help articles, and webinars.

And of course, our support team is always happy to assist you.
