Updating Personal Information
Keeping your personal information up to date is important for maintaining a professional online presence. Here’s how you can update your name, title, mobile phone number and bio.
How Do I Update My Bio and Other Personal Information?
1. Go to the Profile Manager
Log in to your website, click on your name at the top of the page and select Profile Manager. Here you can update your personal information.
Can I update my title, or change my name?
Yes, you can update your name or title. You’ll see your first name, last name, and title all on one line under Basic Details. Update these fields as needed.
Some themes display your name in the title of the About Me widget. If you update your name, please ensure the widget title reflects this change. To do so, navigate to Content > Widgets Manager in your Dashboard. Locate the About Me widget and click the edit (pencil) icon above it. Update your name in the Title field, then click Save and close the popup. This ensures consistency across your website.
How do I update my phone number?
Scroll down to find your Mobile Phone Number under Contact Details. Enter your new phone number.
How Do I Update My About Me Section?
To update the About Me section, which contains your personal bio, you can update your About Me information directly on your Profile Manager page. Simply look for the section titled Real Estate Agent's Details, where you'll find About Me. Here, you can write a brief introduction or paste existing copy if you have it ready. Additionally, you can fill in other key details like Languages Spoken, Years of Experience, and any other attributes you want to highlight.
Once you've made your updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to ensure your changes are applied.
And that's it! You've successfully updated your personal information. Keeping these details current ensures that your clients have the most accurate information.
