Completing Your PropTx Agreements

To integrate the latest active and sold PropTx listings with your InCom website, you'll need to complete 3 agreements (Data License, IDX and VOW).
Initiate the agreements
- Begin by signing in to PropTx using this link.
- Click on Show All Agreements to check for active agreements.
- Deactivate any that reference a vendor other than InCom.
- Click Agreements on the left, then + New Agreement.
- Select Data License Agreement.
- Find InCom Real Estate Web & e-Marketing Solutions in the list of vendors, and click on it. You can type InCom and find us in the dropdown.
- For The Data License Agreement (DLA) Access Level, please select Brokerage's Listings. This step is relevant to the Data License Agreement only.
- Check all the boxes and click Sign Agreement.
Repeat these steps for the other two agreements, changing step 5 to select IDX and VOW.
These agreements will ask for your domain name.
You will need to enter the domain name your website will appear at, and include http:// at the beginning.

What's next?
Once you have initiated all three agreements, InCom and your Broker of Record will be notified to approve them as well. After PropTx has received all the approvals, and signed the agreements as well, we will be notified to activate the listings for your website.
