Changing Your Password


Forgot your password? No worries, we've got you covered. Follow these steps to reset your password and get back on track.


1. Navigate to the Password Reset page

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of your website and click User Login
  2. Right below the Password field, you'll find the Forgot Password? link. Click on it.

  1. Type in the email address associated with your account and hit "Reset Password".
  2. A one-time login link will be sent to your email. Open the email and click on the link.
  3. The link will redirect you to your website. Here, click Log In.
  4. You'll be logged in without needing a password, and you should see your Account Manager page.

3. Enter Your New Password

On the Account Manager page, enter your new password in the "Password" field. Then, re-enter the same password in the "Confirm Password" field.
Click Save, and you're all set. Now you can log in with your new password anytime. If you run into any issues, our support team is always here to help. Happy browsing!
